📄 Delivery Driver Terms of Use Policy

These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern your use of the Bumprkar platform as a delivery driver (the "Driver") and define your relationship with us. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

 

📱 Platform

Bumprkar provides a marketplace platform that connects drivers with customers who place delivery orders. We do not take responsibility for the goods being delivered, nor are we liable for the actions of vendors, restaurants, merchants, suppliers, customers, or drivers using the platform.

 

📝 Eligibility and Account Registration

 

To use Bumprkar, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements. During registration, you’ll need to provide and maintain accurate and complete information, including your profile image, home address, payment details, and vehicle ownership/description. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and you agree not to share your account with anyone else. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

To become a driver on the Bumprkar platform, you must also meet the following requirements:

 

• Be at least 18 years old

• Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain active auto insurance

• Own or operate a registered vehicle in good working condition

• Use a smartphone compatible with the Bumprkar app

• Have no prior violations of Bumprkar’s Terms & Conditions

 

 

📄 Independent Contractor Status

As a driver with Bumprkar, you operate as an independent contractor, not an employee of the company. You are solely responsible for managing all costs related to your vehicle, including repairs, maintenance, taxes, and insurance. This independent status means you control how, when, and where you complete deliveries, in accordance with our platform guidelines.

 

💵 Fees and Payments

You will receive a fee for each delivery you complete, minus any payments owed to Bumprkar. Your earnings are based on the distance of the delivery and any customer tips, with 100% of tips going directly to you. All payments will be processed and issued through our platform.

 

⭐ Ratings and Reviews

Customers may rate and review your performance as a driver. These ratings and reviews will be visible to other customers using our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if your performance ratings fall below a certain level.

 

🚫 Prohibited Activities

While using our platform, you are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using the platform for any illegal purpose

• Harassing or threatening any vendor, merchant, supplier, customer, or other driver

• Disclosing confidential information about our platform or our customers

• Accepting orders outside of the platform from customers, vendors, or suppliers

Engaging in any of these activities may result in account suspension or termination.

 

❌ Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time for any reason. Likewise, you may choose to terminate your account at any time by providing us with notice. Once your account is terminated, you will no longer have access to the platform as a driver.

 

🛡️ Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses that arise from your use of our platform or from any breach of these terms on your part.

 

💸 Fees and Payments

Bumprkar does not charge delivery drivers any fees for using our platform. Any fees paid by customers during the checkout process are distributed as follows:

• Driver Compensation – 100% of the delivery fee is paid directly to the driver completing the order.

• Taxes and Regulatory Fees – Where applicable, a portion of the total charge may be allocated to taxes or regulatory requirements, as dictated by local laws.

Bumprkar does not collect any portion of these fees as revenue. All amounts paid are transparently distributed to support drivers and comply with legal obligations.

By using Bumprkar, you acknowledge and agree to these terms regarding fees and payments.

 

🚛 Bumprkar Blocks

Bumprkar Blocks allow approved drivers to claim multi-stop delivery routes directly through the app, offering the flexibility to choose only the routes they want. Drivers can earn up to $30 per hour by completing scheduled routes efficiently. Cargo vans may be provided by Bumprkar for larger routes, with applicable rental or usage fees. Participation in Bumprkar Blocks requires a separate approval process from standard one-stop deliveries. To qualify, drivers must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver’s license, and successfully pass a background check. Approval for Blocks is limited and granted based on route availability and driver performance.Pa

 

⚖️ Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement, along with any disputes arising from or related to your use of the app or its associated services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to principles of conflicts of law.

Any such dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator(s) may be entered as a judgment in any court with proper jurisdiction.

 

✏️ Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time by posting the updated version on our platform. By continuing to use the platform after the amended terms are posted, you agree to and accept the updated terms.

 

📃 Entire Agreement

These terms represent the entire agreement between you and Bumprkar regarding your use of the platform as a driver, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings related to your participation.
